Terms of use

Last updated: 2026. These terms are between you and DukaVault Ltd ("we"). By creating an account or using DukaVault you agree to them.

The service

DukaVault is software for recording sales, stock, customers and related business information. It starts with a free trial of 14 days. After that you need a paid plan (lifetime or subscription, as shown in the app before you pay) to keep using paid features.

Your account

Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the staff you add. Give us correct information.

Your data

Your business data belongs to you. You allow us to store and process it to provide the service, as explained in the privacy policy. You are responsible for keeping your own records for tax and legal purposes, and for exporting your data regularly, especially if you use the app without cloud sync.

Payments and refunds

Plan prices are shown in the app before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment provider.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, try to break or copy it, or use it for anything illegal.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep DukaVault running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never fail or be offline. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the service

You can stop using DukaVault at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
