Questions people ask
Does it really work without internet?
Yes. Selling, stock and customers work on the device with no connection. When the internet is back, your changes sync to the cloud.
What if I lose my phone?
If you use cloud sync, your data is stored on our server and comes back when you sign in on a new device. If you choose to use the app without an account, the data stays only on that device, so export it regularly.
Can I use it on more than one device?
Yes, with a cloud account. Staff can have their own logins and roles, and you can run more than one branch.
Which payments does it record?
Cash, M-Pesa, card and credit sales are recorded at the till. You can pay for your DukaVault plan through Paystack.
Can it print receipts?
Yes, you can print to a thermal receipt printer or share the receipt. We are still testing more printer models, so tell us which one you have.
Is my business data safe?
Your data belongs to you. We do not sell it. Read the privacy policy for what is stored and why.
